Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered through this site or by using the tear-off slip attached to your prescription.
Your tear off slip can be posted in to the surgery and, if a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed, we will post it back to you. Alternatively, requests for repeat medication can be handed in to the surgery.
Due to the volume of requests we receive for repeat prescriptions and for patient safety, we do not deal with repeat prescription requests over the telephone.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection at the practice after 2 working days.
FROM 1ST APRIL 2019 THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES TO THE PHARMACY COLLECTION SERVICE AT THE SURGERY - IF YOU WANT THE PHARMACY TO COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS, THEN YOU NEED TO APPROACH THE PHARMACY OF YOUR CHOICE AND ASK FOR A MANDATE FORM AND THE PHARMACY WILL SEND IT TO THE SURGERY, ALLOWING THEM TO COLLECT ON YOUR BEHALF (IF YOU ARE ALREADY USING THE PHARMACY COLLECTION THEN THIS WILL NOT APPLY TO YOU UNLESS YOU CHANGE PHARMACY IN FUTURE)

You should allow a minimum of 3 working days if requesting your prescription to be collected by a chemist.

From time to time, you may be invited to attend the surgery for a review of your repeat medication. You will be informed about this when you pick up your repeat prescription.
