Practice_image.jpgThe doctors and staff at Broughty Ferry Health Centre in Dundee are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

**CAR PARKING ON SATURDAY 24TH OCTOBER AND 14TH NOVEMBER 2020**

DUE TO THE GOVERNMENT SOCIAL DISTANCING - WE WILL HAVE NO CAR PARK ACCESS ON FLU SATURDAY - 24TH OCTOBER AND 14TH NOVEMBER.  THE CAR PARK WILL BE USED FOR PATIENTS QUEUING FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT.  WE APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT THIS IS IN THE INTEREST OF THE SAFETY OF PATIENTS AND PEDESTRIANS

Changes to Access as a result of COVID-19.

This GP Practice is currently restricting access for the safety of all patients and staff.

 

The practice remains open for all essential primary care problems but on the advice of Health Protection Scotland we have put in place a process whereby everyone is screened by telephone prior to gaining access to the building. All requests for an appointment will be via a telephone consultation in the first instance. if you need to consult with a GP please telephone the practice in the early morning. The receptionist will take your details, contact telephone number and a brief description of what you wish to discuss with the GP. 

 

PLEASE PHONE EARLY MORNING IF REQUIRING TO BOOK A GP CONSULTATION

 

All patients will still have access to the care they require.  We hope you understanding of this.

APPOINTMENT TEXT REMINDER SERVICE

In early 2020 the practice is commencing text reminder service for all patients with appointments with the GP or Practice Nurse team

Any patient wishing to receive a text reminder must ensure their mobile number is up to date with the practice and give consent to receive text messages.

Please complete one of these forms  and hand in to reception for your records to be updated.

Alternatively check your mobile number with the receptionist when next you speak with them and advise you wish to sign up for appointment text reminders.
