Coronavirus - latest guidance - February 2020
This is the latest advice for patients .....
if you’ve visited or travelled through mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, or Thailand and have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning, or if you have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus. Please call the surgery or NHS24 on 111 instead. Do not leave your home until you have been given advice by a clinician. This is in line with advice being given across the UK

APPOINTMENT TEXT REMINDER SERVICE
In early 2020 the practice is commencing text reminder service for all patients with appointments with the GP or Practice Nurse team
Any patient wishing to receive a text reminder must ensure their mobile number is up to date with the practice and give consent to receive text messages.
Please complete one of these forms and hand in to reception for your records to be updated.
